Key Account Specialist

About the Role

Ludington Beverage Co., Inc. is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Key Account Specialist to join our team. This entry-level sales role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the beer and beverage industry. You’ll work directly with retailers to manage orders, maintain shelf stock, and build eye-catching product displays that drive sales.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts in the Ludington area
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail accounts to achieve sales goals
• Create and manage product orders based on store needs
• Rotate and stock products according to product code date standards
• Build impactful displays that highlight our brands
• Follow a designated route and schedule
• Represent Ludington Beverage with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and dependable team player
• Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of conduct

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, kneeling, etc.)
• Must pass a post-offer background check and drug screening
